Shipping and Return Policy

All orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING within the Contiguous USA. Whether you purchase just one set of mats, a set of mats and a cargo tray, or 10 sets of mats the rate is still the same.

  • The contiguous United States are the 48 U.S. states on the continent of North America that are south of Canada and north of Mexico, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.

In most cases you can expect your purchase in 1-7 working days (U.S. ONLY) after your order ships. Most orders ship from our location in 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that shipments are not picked up from our location on Saturday, Sunday and some Holidays. Should you order an item that is not in-stock or no longer available, you will be notified.

Your Tracking Number

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package is in route. Note that some email services may filter or reject your tracking emails as spam. Please check your spam or junk folder for this email before contacting us. If for some reason you need to check on the status of your purchase please give us 3 business days before inquiring about your order. You may check on your order by filling out a support ticket or you can use the order tracking link at the top of this page.

International Shipping

We DO NOT offer International shipping.

Return Policies & Guidelines

Item Returns

To make either a return or exchange please call us toll free at 1-855-299-7244 or submit a support ticket. Once your request is acknowledged you may return items within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns past 30 days will be refused.


Exchanges for similar products or items of similar value will not be assessed any restocking fees. Unless a shipping error on our part is the reason for the exchange you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Restocking Fee

For non exchanges a credit will be given for the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs incurred from any refused shipments will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Items that are not returned in brand new condition and in the factory packaging do not qualify for a refund. No exceptions.

Prepare your return

Items are to be in new, unused condition with visible part number stickers still on the boxes and or floor mat bag. All hardware and packaging must be intact. Please return the item in the box it was sent in. If this is not possible please contact us.


Please make sure that protective packing is in place (if applicable) and that all items are secured in their boxes.

Please insure your returned items for their full value. We cannot provide a refund for items that are damaged or lost in transit. If any items are damaged or lost during transit you will need to obtain a refund from the shipping carrier.

Please include a copy of your receipt inside the box so we can identify who to provide a refund to.

If your order has damage or is missing components, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. Report any visible damage to the carrier and inspect the package contents.

College Hills Honda is not responsible for damage done to parts or vehicles due to improper installation and/or consumer error.
