Shipping Information
U.S. shipping charges for most sets of mats
average $12-$20 depending on the
distance they are being shipped. Some of the heavier mats,
particularly all seasons and 3 row seating mats like the Odyssey can run more
due to the extra weight.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping and Handling charges are
based on the weight, size, number of packages and the distance from our
zip code of 44691. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii
are not configured on our web site. Please call us to order from
these locations.
In most cases you can expect your purchase
in 1-7 working days (U.S. ONLY) after your order ships. Most orders ship
from our location in 1-3
business days for Honda mats and 2-5 days for Acura mats. Please keep in mind that UPS does not pick
up on Saturday, Sunday and some holidays. Should you order
an item that is not in-stock or no longer available, you will be
notified.
Your Tracking Number
UPS will send you a tracking number once the
package is in route. Please watch for an email from them. Note
that some email services like AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo and Earthlink
may filter or reject your tracking email from UPS as
spam. Please check your spam or junk folder for this email
before contacting us. If for some reason you need to check on
the status of your purchase please give us 3 business days
before inquiring about your order. Not receiving an email from
UPS does not necessarily mean your order has not shipped. You
may check on your order by filling out a
support
ticket.
International Shipping
We do not ship
internationally with the exception of Canada. Products are
shipped by UPS Expedited ONLY. Note that shipping services to
Canada can cost as much or more as the mats themselves in some
instances.
