Q: Are these Genuine Acura &
Honda Floor Mats? A: Absolutely! All the items listed on our
web site are Genuine OEM Floor Mats. They are backed by
American Honda for 1 year from the purchase date.
Q: Why are your items cheaper
than my dealer? A: Honda Motor Company has a suggested retail price which
we list for each item on our site. Each dealer has the right to set
their own prices. We are proud to offer Internet customers
wholesale direct prices delivered directly to your home or
business to save you both time and money! We are an Authorized
Honda Dealer and have been in business since 1991. We created
this site to meet the needs of our customers who are especially looking for
older model replacement floor mats. We have offered online
accessories to the entire U.S. since 1999 at

Q: Will I be charged tax? A: Your order will only be taxed 6.25% if
your items are shipped to an Ohio address. This is another
way that you can save additional money by placing orders from
out of state.
Q: Do I have to order online? A: No. We know that not everyone is
comfortable with making purchases online. We offer phone
ordering during regular business hours for your convenience and
peace of mind. Simply call 1-888-244-6632 Mondays & Thursdays
from 8:00a.m.- 8:00p.m. EST, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays
8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. EST, and Saturdays from 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.

Q: Can I order mats you do not
have online? A: We have made every effort to list every
single floor mat that is still available from Acura and Honda or we have
gone the extra step to buy out remaining inventory. If the product you are looking for is not on our site, we will
not be able to get it for you.
Q: When will my order ship? A: Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. We have a large inventory to help ensure that we get your order
out quickly, often times the next day. In the event we do not
have your set of mats in-stock, you will be notified via email. If you prefer not to wait on an item, you may cancel your
order.
Q: How is my order shipped and
how soon will I get it? A: All orders are shipped via UPS. The cost is based on the weight, number
of packages, and location. Transit times are typically 1-7
business days for U.S. shipments, depending on the distance from our store in
Wooster, Ohio. You will receive a UPS tracking number from UPS
Online so you can follow your order once it is on its' way. More information here.
Q: Do you ship outside the
50 U.S. States? A: Yes, BUT limited to Canada only. You may
place your order by phone at 1-888-244-6632. Products are
shipped by UPS Standard to Canada ONLY.
Q: Can I return an item? A: We would be happy offer a refund for 30
days from the invoice date. Please refer to our return policy.
Q: Is my private information kept
secure online? A: Definitely! We know the importance of your
privacy and we will never supply your information to a 3rd
