Q: Are these Genuine Acura & Honda Floor Mats?
A: Absolutely! All the items listed on our web site are Genuine
OEM Floor Mats. They are backed by American Honda for 1 year from
the purchase date. We do not sell ANY aftermarket or used
products.
Q: Why are your items cheaper than my dealer?
A: Honda Motor Company has a suggested retail price which we list
for each item on the site. Each dealer has the right to set their
own prices. We are proud to offer Internet customers wholesale
direct prices delivered directly to your home or business to save
you both time and money!
Q: Why when I add something to my shopping cart does it show
empty?
A: Most shopping carts including ours use cookies to keep track of
which items you add to your cart. If you have this feature
disabled or have your browser blocking cookies you will not be
able to use our shopping system. To enable cookies please follow
the directions below.

Q: Will I be charged tax?
A: Your order will only be taxed 6.25% if your items are shipped
to an Ohio address.
Q: Do I have to order online?
A: No. We know that not everyone is comfortable with making
purchases online. We offer phone ordering during regular business
hours for your convenience and peace of mind. Simply call

Q: Can I order mats you do not have online?
A: We have made every effort to list every single floor mat
that is still available from Acura and Honda or we have gone the
extra step to buy out remaining manufacturer inventory. If the product you are
looking for is not on our site, we will not be able to get it for
you.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most Honda orders ship within 1-3 business days and Acura
orders 2-5 business days. We have a large inventory to help ensure
that we get your order out quickly, often times the next day. In
the event we cannot get your order out within the windows stated
above we will attempt to contact you via email about any such
delays. If you prefer not to wait on an item, you may
cancel your order.
Q: How is my order shipped and how soon will I get it?
A: All orders are shipped via UPS. The cost is based on the
weight, package size, number of packages, and shipping location. Transit times
are typically 1-7 business days for U.S. shipments depending on
the distance from our store in Wooster, Ohio. You will receive a
UPS tracking number directly from UPS so you can follow your order

Q: Do you ship outside the 50 U.S. States?
A: Yes, BUT limited to Canada and Puerto Rico only. You may
place your Order by Phone at 1-888-244-6632. Products are shipped
UPS Expedited to Canada ONLY.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: We would be happy offer a refund for 30 days from the
invoice date. Please refer to our return
policy.
